Terms of service
Effective September 29, 2026. These terms are between you and Lemnos Holdings LLC ("we"), for the MergeWorks add-on and this website.
1. Using MergeWorks
You can use MergeWorks for any lawful purpose. You're responsible for the content of your templates, sheets and emails, and for having permission to email the people in your sheet. Don't use it to send spam. Google's own terms and sending limits also apply, since MergeWorks runs in your Google account.
2. Plans and payment
- Free: 25 merges per calendar month per Google account. We may change the free limit with 30 days' notice on this site.
- Pro: $8 per month or $69 per year, billed by Stripe in advance, renewing automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel any time from your billing page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds: if MergeWorks didn't work for you, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it.
- If we ever raise the Pro price, it applies from your next renewal after at least 30 days' notice by email.
3. Your data
Your sheets, templates and generated files are yours and stay in your Google account. We don't claim any rights to them. The privacy policy explains exactly what we see, which is your email address.
4. If we shut it down
If we ever stop offering MergeWorks, we'll tell you at least 30 days before, refund the unused part of any prepaid period without you having to ask, and your files and sheets stay where they are.
5. No warranty
We work hard to make MergeWorks reliable, and it tells you when a row fails, but it's provided "as is". Check important documents before relying on them. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Google won't change something that breaks it for a while.
6. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Ending access
You can stop using MergeWorks any time by uninstalling it. We can suspend access if it's being used to break the law or to send spam.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms. The new version goes on this page with a new date, and material changes get 30 days' notice. Texas law governs these terms.
